As the lead architect for systems and software, Rowan leads a team of software engineers who are responsible for the development of White Stratus technology strategy and solution development. Rowan has over 13 years of application delivery experience with a background in application development, sales force automation, call-center solutions, campaign management, business intelligence and project management. Rowan is a global thought leader in cloud transformation and is a sought-after advisor to some of the world’s leading companies on Cloud Transformation.
Managing Director, Japan
Takashi leads White Stratus’ Japanese operations. Since beginning his career at Andersen Consulting (currently, Accenture), Takashi has successfully led numerous mission critical consulting projects, namely for strategic business planning, business process re-engineering and Enterprise Architecture optimisation for global enterprise in manufacturing, high-tech, IT, finance and insurance industries in USA, Japan and Australia for nearly 2 decades.
Managing Director, EMEA
Jaco has 25 years of broad management experience gained from working across a number of large IT organizations, including being director/owner of an IT Company for 10 years between 1997 and 2006. As an independent programme and project manager, he has consulted across a wide variety of streams including marketing (CRM), business development, quality management and business analysis. Over the past 4 years Jaco has been responsible for a number of enterprise wide migration projects to move traditional collaboration platforms (Lotus Notes and Groupwise) to cloud based solutions.
Global Customer Success Lead
Paul is the global consultancy lead for Customer Success Services (CSS) and is a seasoned IT professional, with more than 12 years experience working and consulting for large enterprises. Paul has a wide range of experience across all aspects of IT including service management, project management and has expertise in cloud computing, enterprise collaboration, mobility and search.
Chief Operating Officer
Kirsty Allen has a long history of working with large multinationals such as Lehman Brothers, Cisco and Nomura Securities. Her experience spans tax, legal and operational matters, and she helps ensure White Stratus is operating efficiently to serve our global customer base. Kirsty has degrees from universities in Australia and Japan.

Ian is a seasoned IT professional with 19 years management and consulting experience working with leading enterprises including Morgan Stanley and KPMG. Ian is a leading expert in Google and Cloud Technologies in the Canadian market and has successfully architected and project managed changes to complex systems/applications with multiple stakeholders in several different industries.
